Our new location affords us more space for our retail and technical areas and we also have space dedicated to tutoring and training. More technical space enables us to begin work on your computer sooner so we can get it back to you as soon as possible!
We are excited about this change in location because we’re able to serve our clients more efficiently and more effectively.
You are correct; this really isn’t much of a website.
You’d think that a computer company that has been in business for 27 years would have a flashier website. But then again, for 27 years we have prioritized our time in an effort to meet our customers’ needs directly, and promoting ourselves via a website is several places down on the list of important things to do today.
Yes, having a positive web presence is important – just not as important as retrieving someone’s wedding pictures from their failing hard drive, or quickly getting the point of sale computer working again for a small business client, or dealing with a customer who is blind and needs their computer to work properly so they can maintain their independence.
You get the idea – our customers’ needs must come first.
“But I am a potential customer and I want to view your prices online”, you say.
“Sorry – a virtual retail space we will never be”, is our reply. There are many online retailers itching to sell you what they have in stock already and for those of you who want to be your own technician, you have many places to go. If things don’t go as you had hoped, we are still here, ready to help if you will let us.
We repair/maintain and/or build 1200 to 1400 computers a year. We always strive to provide the best service – face to face in our shop, onsite in your place of business and in your home. We can order in just about anything you need – and quickly – but we want to talk about it first to make sure you’re getting the best product for you!
You can certainly call us – we don’t mind questions, especially short ones even from those of you who are not yet a regular customer. We even offer remote support and will always consider whatever special efforts you may need from us – like shipping your computer to your home or business outside of Thunder Bay. If your schedule is incredibly tight and you need us to meet with you outside of our regular working hours, well that can often be arranged as well.
Some day we will make ourselves a real website that provides more than just our contact information and a little bit of insight into our perspective. Until then, please come down and see us in person and get a cup of the best coffee in Thunder Bay.
